I'm enjoying a good chill out time after completing
and graduating from the 9 week Vinyassa Flow teacher
training with Julie Martin at Brahmani Yoga, Anjuna.
It was the last course she will run here so I am
feeling especially blessed to have got in.
She is a world class teacher with 20 years experience
and a real Vendanta.
At the same time fun, irreverant, and so skillful
in her classes. You come out of her class feeling
so uplifted chilled and fit, very inspiring.
We also had an amazing philosophy teacher on the
course called Emil, addressing a real thirst I had
in me, almost like listening to Osho again, amazing
guy! He also runs retreats and courses.
Back in Candolim I'm doing a bit of teaching friends
here to keep up the Vinyassa Flow theme in my head
and also we are all gathering for Vipassana meditation
on the Guest House roof overlooking the sea every
evening for an hour at 5.30pm, great way to ground
the day, sun going down, really enjoying it.
Well when I get back to UK I'm looking to the next
yoga workshop at Osho Leela. Dorset, (www.osholeela.co.uk),
(11th-13th May) and also planning to run a Yoga
and Humaniversity Sacred Earth Meditation morning
in Cornwll again after the big success last year.
After that we reckon Cornwall is ready for the Humaniversity
Aum Meditation - will be the first time in Cornwall
,hopefully in Bosweddon House, Cape Cornwall , St
Just.
More details once we get confirmation from the venue.
etc.
Well sending the magic of sunshine, sea, and palm
trees from the land of the Buddhas to you all -
Happy 20012!
Have fun yer here! Osho!

SEPTEMBER 2011
Hello
hello, I've just got back to work after running
a wonderful yoga weekend at Osho Leela.
Had four new people in the mix which is always good.
The support and the food from the Leela community
was brilliant and a great time was had by all.
I included half a session of partner yoga which
was very popular. Also Inner Smile Meditation, Nadhabrama
and Yoga Nidhra which by Sunday afternoon everyone
was ready for. Made some new friends, felt happy
with the outcome of the weekend, relaxed and smiling
people going home.
Next workshop at Leela is 11th-13th May 20012
I'm intending to attend the Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher
training in India this autumn. Love being in a full
on yoga enviroment, starts in October, working hard
with the homework and to make the money for it................
That's me for now I'm back to St Ives for a few
days 26th September, can't wait to walk the cliffs
and smell the sea again!
I'm running the Humaniversity SACRED EARTH MEDITATION
at Boswedden House, St Just, (10.30am) with a yoga
session before (9am) on 2nd October, great music
meditation with shaking, dancing and hugging, gorgeous
venue at Cape Cornwall.
By suggested donation of £3 for one or all,
including coffee n tea afterwards, time to hang
out.

up - I promise if you like dancing you will LOVE
it!"
Hi
everyone. Well, I'm really enjoying staying in St
Ives-it's such a beautiful place to be (admitting
I've been off working a lot) but the past week with
full sunshine and so much happening in the town
I've really fallen in love with the place (again!).
My friends are having an exhibtion at the St Ives
Art Club with an opening viewing night and friends
from Brighton coming to contribute, it's been a
lovely energy down here.
We
had a wonderful relaxation day at Bosweddon House
in St Just, last Saturday.
I offered massage and a short yoga class. Good to
meet local practitioners and punters too! Its a
fab setting right on Cape Cornwall. My friend Archa
runs her 'Dying to Live' workshops there and every
Thursday there's a Vipassana meditation with tea
and biscuits afterwards which I look forward to
when I'm here.
I've
just become a great Aunty and in my excitement stopped
on the Zennor - St. Ives road (best drive/view in
the country) and danced and shook to Veeresh's Tribal
Earth Cd playing in the car (great music) in the
laybye much to drivers- by amusement. With the sun
on the sea and panoramic views I thought I might
pop! Might also be somthing to do with eating two
big bits of Thelma's at Bosweddens House chocolate
cake. Anyway mother and child doing well, a girl
called Orly.
Today I'm off to Leela to load up the car for Quest;
the happening in Newton Abbot this coming weekend
with stands, sessions and live bands. I'm on the
Osho Leela stand and teaching 5 yoga classes., usually
a really friendly and fun vibe.
That's about me, good luck to you all, hope you're
having fun, nurture yourselves..........
Next
Yoga Weekend at Osho Leela 2nd-4th September £135
incl. Hope you can make it!
