Back in Uk just over a month now after the best
season for ages in Goa. Lovely social network; lots
of singing under the stars and hanging out chatting
in the warm Arabian sea. Tasty yogi lunches after
class. Then a trip to Rishikesh (North India) with
my yogi friend Chris to sit with Mooji and dip in
the Ganges on lazy afternoons. Was there for two
weeks before flying home. With my bones full of
sunshine and Moojis love in my heart I felt great.
Lovely to get back to Brighton (was quite shocking
though - it snowed!), get home, pack my India stuff
away and get out warm clothes.
I enjoyed being on staff assisting Lucy and Jayesh
at Osho Leela on the Intimacy group at Osho Leela,
last weekend. Ran the Humaniversity 'Our Sacred
Earth Meditation' which I absolutely love, both
mornings, great way to start the day. Good to sharpen
my awareness being in the group environment again.
Enjoyed djing for the warm ups and am getting a
slot at The India My Love festival this May Also
hope to run another Barefoot Boogie down in Cornwall
this summer. Rock reggae and all good dance tracks,
people love it!
Very happy that my Yoga/Meditation/Walking weekend
at Bosweddon House, Cape Cornwall is now full. Amazed
that people are willing to head so far West just
for a weekend. It only came about because I left
it too late to get a weekend in Osho Leela, my usual
venue. Thelma who owns and runs Bosweddon is a lovely
soul and has made a fantastic wooden group room
in the garden of her hotel with under floor heating
and a small heated indoor swimming pool. Praying
the weathers good, but if it's not have enough meditations
and activities to keep everyone amused.
Right now I'm working in Bristol
for three weeks and then heading west before coming
back up country for India My Love, at Osho Leela.
Don't miss that, a celebration of everything Indian;
meditations,( I'll be teaching yoga), workshops
all day and live music at night. A fun coming together
of like-minded souls in the wonderful, friendly
Buddhafield that is Leela.
Next Yoga Weekend:
22nd- 24th October at Osho Leela.
I've been living 5 minutes walk from a long white
sandy beach (Porth Kidney, near Lelant) since May
so getting the good weather finally has been amazing.
Good yoga opportunities, loving social network and
running The Humaniveresity Aum at Bosweddon House,
Cape Cornwall and a Barefoot Boogie in Lelant village
Hall have been some highlights.
It's been a bit of an experiment to see if I can
live, and be as happy living in UK the same way
(except for the weather of course) as I am in Goa.
I can say it's worked well, can't get enough of
the place and the life. Unfortunatley I have to
go back to work now as the coffers are deminished
and I have my MOT to pay for and my winter in India
to finance.
Got alot of interest for the next Yoga Workshop
at Osho Leela (24th-26th October, £135) while
I was teaching at Quest this year. Also have spoken
to my friend and landlady in Goa and we are set
for the next yoga holiday at Candolim Beach Goa
December 2013. With the recession as it is most
people need that long to get it together.
I've been lucky enough to run easy yoga classes
Thursday mornings at Bosweddon House, Cape Cornwall
past weeks. Have put them on hold till end of August
while I work. Also head for the next big event and
fun social action on my horizon; The Osho Leela
Ultimate Celebration 22nd-27th August, (www.osholeela.co.uk).
I will be teaching yoga classes, doing a bit of
djing and facilitating the sannyas celebration.
A mix of live music, workshops and meditations,
dancing till the wee hours and with children under
12 free a not to be missed event for all fun loving
people on the path. Hope to see you there!

SEPTEMBER 2011
Hello
hello, I've just got back to work after running
a wonderful yoga weekend at Osho Leela.
Had four new people in the mix which is always good.
The support and the food from the Leela community
was brilliant and a great time was had by all.
I included half a session of partner yoga which
was very popular. Also Inner Smile Meditation, Nadhabrama
and Yoga Nidhra which by Sunday afternoon everyone
was ready for. Made some new friends, felt happy
with the outcome of the weekend, relaxed and smiling
people going home.
Next workshop at Leela is 11th-13th May 20012
I'm intending to attend the Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher
training in India this autumn. Love being in a full
on yoga enviroment, starts in October, working hard
with the homework and to make the money for it................
That's me for now I'm back to St Ives for a few
days 26th September, can't wait to walk the cliffs
and smell the sea again!
I'm running the Humaniversity SACRED EARTH MEDITATION
at Boswedden House, St Just, (10.30am) with a yoga
session before (9am) on 2nd October, great music
meditation with shaking, dancing and hugging, gorgeous
venue at Cape Cornwall.
By suggested donation of £3 for one or all,
including coffee n tea afterwards, time to hang
out.

Hi
everyone. Well, I'm really enjoying staying in St
Ives-it's such a beautiful place to be (admitting
I've been off working a lot) but the past week with
full sunshine and so much happening in the town
I've really fallen in love with the place (again!).
My friends are having an exhibtion at the St Ives
Art Club with an opening viewing night and friends
from Brighton coming to contribute, it's been a
lovely energy down here.
We
had a wonderful relaxation day at Bosweddon House
in St Just, last Saturday.
I offered massage and a short yoga class. Good to
meet local practitioners and punters too! Its a
fab setting right on Cape Cornwall. My friend Archa
runs her 'Dying to Live' workshops there and every
Thursday there's a Vipassana meditation with tea
and biscuits afterwards which I look forward to
when I'm here.
I've
just become a great Aunty and in my excitement stopped
on the Zennor - St. Ives road (best drive/view in
the country) and danced and shook to Veeresh's Tribal
Earth Cd playing in the car (great music) in the
laybye much to drivers- by amusement. With the sun
on the sea and panoramic views I thought I might
pop! Might also be somthing to do with eating two
big bits of Thelma's at Bosweddens House chocolate
cake. Anyway mother and child doing well, a girl
called Orly.
Today I'm off to Leela to load up the car for Quest;
the happening in Newton Abbot this coming weekend
with stands, sessions and live bands. I'm on the
Osho Leela stand and teaching 5 yoga classes., usually
a really friendly and fun vibe.
That's about me, good luck to you all, hope you're
having fun, nurture yourselves..........
